Who prints your stickers?
We print all of our stickers in house, with the exception of our clear stickers. We also have a custom printing service named Custom Sticker Makers, and we can make virtually any size and shape of sticker you can think of. Check us out online at www.customstickermakers.com to print your own unique ideas or artwork!
Are your stickers environmentally friendly?
While no vinyl outdoor bumper sticker is ever going to be truly green (a.k.a., biodegradable—since the purpose of the product itself is NOT to degrade too quickly), we print all of our stickers using the most environmentally friendly inks on the market. We also do the following to try and help our planet.
Recycle all vinyl scrap from every order. (It is made into glue.)
Recycle all of our ink cartridges
Print with a thin paper backing (As some printers use thick card stock backing)
Print all paper work on recycled and reusable paper.
Whenever possible, we work to meet all of our production and resource needs locally.
All of our packaging materials are reused. (thereby reducing resource use and landfill waste)
How long will your stickers last on my vehicle?
The manufacturers of our material rate it to last for approximately 3-5 years outdoors. They can last indefinitely if applied indoors, but be careful to avoid excessive friction or abrasion as this can degrade the inks much more quickly than if you stick the stickers and do not touch them one applied. Do you offer quantity discounts on Root Concepts clothing?
Yes. It is based on the single product you purchase. You can mix and match any size for that single product in order to get that discount through the Multiple Sizing option.

Why do I have to sign up twice to buy your apparel?
n order to offer you the best service and pricing available, we use a specialized printing service that is located in our hometown. Because our shirts are printed off-site and require a separate ordering system, we apologize, but cannot combine accounts.
I want to set up a wholesale account, how do I do this?
Please set up an account online, and then contact customer service to set up your wholesale pricing in your account. To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must have a tax ID number and order at least 6 of each design. See our Wholesale Page for more information.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all domestic orders. Please call 800-313-5463 for international shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship anywhere in the world that USPS Priority Mail will deliver. We can not ship via ups internationally as their rates are just too high.
Can I group my apparel order and the rest of my order together to save shipping?
No, we use a different service for our apparel. They are produced off-site with their own shipping service.
Can I track my shipment?
We will send you a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Unfortunately the post office will not provide tracking numbers for first class mail.
I saw that you allow a Store Pickup/Walk In for pickup, where are you located?

I see that you accept check/money order as payment, how do i know if i qualify for this option?
You must be an established wholesale customer with a good payment history in order to qualify for terms. All retail sales require payment before we can ship your products.
What is your pricing policy?
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a currency converter on our site, but several websites found on Google provide this service free of charge. Items in your shopping cart will always reflect their most recent price. Some discounts and special offers are for a limited time only.
What is your Return Policy?
We gladly accept returns in exchange for an item of equal value, or credit to be used toward a future order, as long as the item has been unused or worn. For further return information please contact customer service at .
